One of our favorite local spots. Fantastic flavors created largely from the bounty of local farms. Great for dining in a big group with lots of dishes that are perfect for sharing. It is also always an excellent go-to for easy and delicious takeout. We are very lucky to have Food Studio in Hudson!
This is just what Hudson needed! The bao (steamed pork buns) are the best I’ve ever tasted! The ramen is delicious and nourishing (and huge - great for sharing). The cocktails are creative and strong, and the service is friendly! I am a total foodie, living in Austin Texas and I was really impressed by this place! Will definitely be back on my next visit.
It's quaint (read small), warm and tasty. However, the amount of either rice or pasta that accompanies most dishes is far far too much. Eggplant and rice is not worth $18

Went here the other night for pork buns and were greeted by a tiny little man who wanted to put three of us at a table for two since they were "expecting a rush." Despite four open tables, he put us in the middle of their communal table between two other groups. Needless to say, the two tables he was unwilling to push together for us sat empty the entire time we were there. When we left, he ran up ahead of us, owned the door, and ran out. We thought he was going ahead to open the door for us, but instead he let it slam shut behind him. This guy is a smarmy little asshat whose behavior negatively colored our whole experience.
The pork buns and ramen are really good.
