This office does NOT answer the phone. I am on phone now for 15 minutes with intermittent messages stating that someone will answer my call shortly. I am being told that someone will answer my call shortly and they are with other customers. When I tried calling earlier in the week the phone was left ringing and ringing with same auto message and when the office was closing or closed the call was discontinued. It is now ringing for over 17 minutes and if I continue to keep the phone ringing I am sure at 4:00 pm today the call will be discontinued. So much for courtesy and customer service, more like customer dis-service. Finally, the auto message told me to go online and discontinued the call.
