Jonathan is definitely THE MAN! This guy is brilliant, he's always there when he's supposed to be, he's generous with his time and counsel, and his prices are most reasonable. I love the way he just plops down your machine and diagnoses the problem the minute you walk in and if he can fix it in a little time - usually the case - just does whatever it is then and there. And if he does have to keep it, it's ready the same day. Sometimes, when it's something I should have known how to do myself but didn't, he hasn't even charged me! Just today, with a real emergency on my hands, Jonathan came through for me with no prior notice - again. How fortunate we are to have him in our little town!
Jonathan's Computers diagnosed my computer with a bad hard drive while I waited and had it fixed and up and running by the next day. He was recommended to me by my mother who has been going there since 2002.
(BTW, the review by "Tom Johnson" (I doubt that's h/er real name), below, is simply not credible. Jonathan is nothing if not ethical, for one thing, and none of those things could ever have happened in his store. In fact, the whole screed is garbage! It seems there are always (a very few, thankfully) people around who need to lie about others to make trouble where there isn't any - the old "skunk at the picnic" act.)

Our regular computer guy was out of town and we had an emergency so we brought our computer to the Computer Mechanic. My computer had a virus and we couldn't communicate with our son in Iraq. We walked in to the Computer Mechanic and there was a guy who looked like he hadn't showered in a week and a kid playing video games. We left our computer with them although I had reservations about it. After a week, I called to find out what was happening with my computer and they hadn't even looked at it yet. By this time the other place was open again, so I went to pick it up. They tried to charge me a $40 "diagnostic" fee. I refused. I brought my computer to Jonathan's Computers on Warren Street in Hudson and he had me back up and running better than ever in 24 hours. Jonathan's Computers is the only place I'm going for computer repair any more.
This guy is amazing, came through when Dell flat out denied my claim! Fixed exactly what was wrong with my Alienware at a fair price. Will come back for anything I can't fix myself.
