Had to travel to Albany for a work trip and by accident my organizations account manager scheduled the rental at an enterprise an hour away.

Nice car; very courteous service. I changed my pick-up from Friday to Saturday at the last minute (Friday morning), and it was no problem.
I reserved a car the day before I wanted to pick it up. One was ready when I arrived (a bigger car than I had ordered and desired--but at the same price). My Enterprise Plus membership entitled me to a small discount (about 5%). The agent was very professional: the paperwork was ready, his explanations were clear, he assisted me as I oriented myself to the car's controls. When I returned the car there was someone available to drive me home. (It's wise to book the time, etc. in advance since this location gets busy.) All in all, I had an excellent experience!
I have used the hudson branch many times for rental of cargo vans for my business. I always get a newer, clean vehicle. the staff is courteous and gets me on my way quickly!
I was able to reschedule my pickup at the Hudson location and was not charged for this and upon completing my trip; my team was running late for our train back to NYC and the Hudson team came to the train station to relief us of our car so that we would not miss our train.
This is service par none, i will not be using any other rental car service.
