Local. New to Hudson. This is the spot. You feel like you are amongst the living without being part of the scene. GREAT food. Excellent cocktails.
The Back Bar is my favorite drinking establishment in Hudson. They have pretty damned good food too. Great atmosphere and awesome beer served properly.

Love this bar and the food it amazing. We stayed in Hudson for the week and ended up here almost every night. Ate there 4 times and tried everything on the menu. I DO miss a dessert that they had a year ago, but don't serve anymore. Bring back the dessert!
The outside open air area is nice, good beer selection. The food was excellent, but the portions are tiny and overpriced. I don't mind paying for good food but please increase the portion size! The staff were very accommodating. My friend and I both had dogs, and they said it was fine to bring them to the outside patio area! Dog friendly! I would have given 5 stars except for the tiny portions!
